Terms & Conditions

Any orders placed before 10am on Monday to Wednesday will ensure delivery within 48 hours. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following Monday. (This is to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition). Any plants unavailable due to the season will not be substituted unless you request this.

  1. Purchases

    Catchwater Meadow prefers to receive payment by Visa, Mastercard or Switch. Cheques and Postal Orders are acceptable but please note that Catchwater Meadow reserve the right to hold all goods until payment is cleared; 10 working days from the day the cheque is banked. Cheques subsequently returned by the Bank unpaid will incur a fee of £20.00 which we will debit to your account. All goods remain the property of Catchwater Meadow until payment is made in full.

  2. Prices

    All prices are inclusive of VAT, and will normally be held at the current catalogue price; however Catchwater Meadow reserves the right to alter prices at any time without prior notification.

  3. Back Order

    Items "Out of Stock" will be advised within 24 hours by Fax, Email or telephone

  4. Delivery

    Delivery is charged at £8.30 per order. Any single order can be up to 25kg in weight.

    Delivery will usually be within 48 hours to the purchasers address, unless requested after 10am on a Wednesday, then despatch will not be until the following Monday. This is to ensure plants reach you in good condition. Any shortages, damages or faulty goods must be notified to Catchwater Meadow within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange collection of faulty goods and if deemed to be damaged or faulty we will despatch a replacement immediately or a full refund will be given. Please note- that all goods whether received at the purchasers address or at a third party address, must be signed for by an Authorised Signatory. If the carrier has to call again then any further charges will be passed to the purchaser. Please check all goods carefully prior to signature.

  5. Returns/Refunds

    Should you need to return faulty items, please contact us to obtain a returns reference, prior to return. Please ensure all goods are wrapped securely with a brief note of the fault together with customer details and a dated proof of purchase. We are unable to service any returns without proof of purchase information. (Your invoice is also your receipt) Replacement or refund is entirely at the discretion of Catchwater Meadow. Any unwanted goods returned, must be as sent, in there original packaging and condition and will be subject to a handling charge of 30%. Unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase date. Postage or other delivery charges for returning items are at the expense of the purchaser and Catchwater Meadow do not accept any liability whatsoever for charges incurred when returning any items unless found to be damaged or faulty.

  6. Security

    All transactions are handled by a secure server (Worldpay). Credit card information is encrypted and in accordance with Data Protection Act 1998, no record of card details are held by Catchwater Meadow at any time and we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information you have given to us, including your personal details. Any information held on you will be accessible to you by contacting us by email and any details that are inaccurate will be immediately corrected or deleted. The only information we should require is your name, address, email address & a contact telephone number. Credit/Debit card details will be held by Worldpay only. Catchwater Meadow accept no liability whatsoever for fraudulent card transactions which have previously been accepted and cleared by Worldpay.

    You must be 18 years or over to order and purchase any goods from this website.

  7. Disclaimer

    Catchwater Meadow denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items or delays in despatch of goods or delays by carriers.
